Hi, my name is Mary Briggs and I am Craft Garden Design.
I am driven by curiosity-always asking why and how-and inspired by both science and art. Earning an MFA in Fine Art from the University of Iowa, I have balanced life as both a Ceramic Artist and Personal Gardener.
In 2020 I started my Garden Design business. My Art and Design background combined with my 30 plus years of experience in gardens gave me the confidence I needed.
I strive to create living landscapes that unite refined design with thriving habitat. The designs should reflect a dialog between art and ecology-gardens that are as thoughtful as they are alive.
